The concept of the MV is under a pool. They are not singing because they are holding their breaths underwater and their eyeglasses serves as their goggles. That's why the choreography is not like the norm because as you can see on the top view, they are vividly doing a synchronized swimming. That's the creative direction of one of the members of SB19 Justin. Btw, Terry and Ian are actually behind the production who were flashed on the TV screen.
